i have an old hp laptop that has a hard drive and uses amd on it i have just downloaded windows 10 version 1909 on it but i want to also download and install the windows 10 version 1909 to a laptop that is also an hp but uses intel the laptop that uses intel has already been downloaded with the windows 10 version 1909 but the old hp has a working windows spotlight that has stopped working on the new laptop running intel and the old hp laptop also allows the windows defender offline scan while the newer one seems to not be working i do not want to fresh install or rest or inplace upgrade the newer laptop as i have done this before the new 1909 version and it has not fixed or changed these issues with that being said i want the way the older hp amd laptop performs and runs transferred to a usb so that i can download and install it on the newer hp intel laptop now mind you the old hp amd laptop is a hard drive while the newer hp laptop is intel and solid state drive so what i am asking is if you can or could please tell me how to do this i do not want to contact hp as they charge tons of money for everything and do not want to contact microsoft either as they always seem to mess things up more than they help please please let me know if and or how i can do this version transfer using the usb from a hard drive amd laptop to the solid state drive intel laptop Thank You Very Much
